Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit only (excludes custom orders). All custom orders are considered final and cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded.
For clarity: a numbered print from a published limited edition is not a “custom order” and is eligible for return under this policy unless it was produced or altered to your specification (for example, a custom size, framing, or commissioned proof). Original one-of-a-kind artworks and commissioned works are final sale.
Shipping
To return your product, send us email at sales@veroart.com and we will provide a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND UNITED KINGDOM — STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This section applies if you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom. Where it differs from anything above, this section prevails. Nothing here reduces the rights the law already gives you.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, it runs from the day you receive the last part.
To exercise the right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — an email to sales@veroart.com, or a letter to the address in Section 20 of our Terms of Service. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional cost arising because you chose a delivery upgrade over our standard offering). Reimbursement is made in money, to the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you — the exchange-or-credit limitation above does not apply to you. We will reimburse without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, and we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because our editions are shipped internationally and are fragile, that cost may be significant; we tell you this before you order so that you can take it into account. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Custom and commissioned work. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — for example a custom size, bespoke framing, a commissioned proof, or an original one-of-a-kind work — are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. A numbered print from a published limited edition is not excluded, and you may withdraw from its purchase as set out above.

Legal guarantee of conformity. Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have a statutory guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. If an edition is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. This is free of charge to you.
